Plot:

With his partner fallen in the line of duty, hard-as-nails Soviet police officer Captain Ivan Danko is dispatched to Chicago, Illinois. And like a fish out of water, Danko arrives in the United States to find and extradite the ruthless Georgian drug kingpin Viktor Rostavili to Russia. But as Danko teams up with easy-going Sergeant Art Ridzik, two worlds collide.
