Plot:

A driving game. It will involve not only racing against other computer-controlled cars but also driving challenges ranging from doing stunts on movie sets to trying to catch other cars while navigating in flowing traffic. This extra dimension takes Lotus Challenge beyond the usual bounds of the racing game genre. The game will employ a realistic driving model simulation, but this will have driving aids to allow novices to slowly learn how to use the model fully. The main design innovation is using a comprehensive physics-based driving model and challenging the player to use this not only for racing, but also for achieving the most impressive stunts possible. This driving model has been developed after extensive cooperation from Lotus. The main play mode is the Challenge Mode. This will be wrapped up in a story where the player can choose one of two different characters to control, one male and one female. These characters will have different paths through the story with some of the challenges being different depending which character you are playing. In this play mode the player will be part of the Lotus Challenge Team. This team races in a world driving championship and is also hired to do stunts for films and TV adverts. There will also be emergency challenges such as rushing people to hospitals. Cut scenes will reveal the plot and connect challenges together. The game will have 40 cars, 15 racetracks and 10 stunt tracks. These will be unlocked as you progress through the game. In the collection mode you will be able to see all the cars and tracks available in the game, how many you've got and how you can get the ones that you don't have.
